No Returns Policy (With Exception for Damaged or Defective Items)
All sales are final.
Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through print‑on‑demand partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, exchange of colors, or buyer’s remorse.
Exception: Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us at info@mysummerquest.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review the claim and, if approved, issue either:
- a full refund, or
- a free replacement of the same item.
We do not require customers to return defective items unless our team specifically requests it.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund once confirmed.
